Vision
Our vision is a resilient, balanced, and regenerative world, where every company acts as a driving force for good and contributes to a just and enjoyable future for all.
Values
Appreciation: We value and are grateful for the diversity, uniqueness, and contribution of each individual. We understand ourselves as part of the greater whole and cultivate a culture of openness, inclusion, and mutual respect.
Altruism: We advocate for the long-term well-being of all people, the community, and the planet. We act from empathy and a profound sense of connection, compassionately considering the needs and perspectives of others.
Responsibility: As an integral part of nature, we take responsibility for ourselves, the community, and the planet. We act with honesty and transparency, valuing authentic relationships and respectful collaboration.
Business as a force for good
As a certified B Corp company, Reform is part of a movement dedicated to using the economy as a force for positive change. B Corporations demonstrate the highest standards in terms of social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and accountability.
Reform contributes 5% of its total working hours pro bono each year, including for projects such as SEEK, the Circular Design Circle (CDC), and as a nominator in the Circular Design category of the Swiss Design Award.
We are a member of 1% for the Planet and donate one percent of our annual revenue to environmental protection. In addition, a further 1% of our revenue goes to projects in the areas of ‹People› and ‹Prosperity›.
- 1% for the Planet: Terrabiom is committed to the restoration of natural and urban ecosystems – from the soil up. Everything they do is locally focused, collaborative, and regenerative ‹by design›.
- 1% for the People & Prosperity: The Society for Threatened Peoples does important work to protect and advocate for the rights of indigenous peoples worldwide.
