David (he/him) sees design as the ideal and most efficient tool to drive sustainable development. He is deeply committed to creating a more social, tolerant, and just world. As a technology-savvy designer and consultant, David operates at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology. He is known for his cross-media expertise, extensive experience in visual communication and branding, as well as his proficiency in experience and service design. Before founding Reform in 2012, David worked for agencies both domestically and internationally. His work has received international recognition, including awards such as the German Design Award and the Red Dot Award.

Sarra Ganouchi

Managing director, partner, designer

Sarra (she/her) is dedicated to driving positive change with her infectious optimism, and she loves to inspire others to do the same. Since 2020, she has been a partner and managing director at Reform. She brings together extensive entrepreneurial experience with expertise in strategic design, regenerative development, and circular design. After completing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in design at the Zurich University of the Arts, she founded a branding agency and her own circular design-inspired textile company, fouta – everyday towels made to last. Sarra has played a significant role in shaping Reform’s realignment and values, leading the company to become a certified B Corp. As an RSA Fellow, Nominator in the circular design category at the Design Preis Schweiz, co-initiator of the Circular Design Circle, and the SEEK association, Sarra is committed to social progress, sustainability, and regeneration.

Selina Hotz

Consultant for organizational development

Selina (she/her) is a consultant with a wholehearted approach. With her empathetic nature and analytical skills, she guides organizations in integrating effective collaborative work practices into their daily routines and developing offerings, structures, and solutions that cater to the needs of people. After obtaining her master’s degree in psychology from the University of Bern, Selina gained extensive experience in change management and has since been using her expertise to support companies in implementing substantive, structural, and cultural transformations. Alongside her partners at Purpose Schweiz, she assists companies in adopting the principles of steward-ownership as the legal ownership structure for their organizations.

Lara Odermatt

Environmental engineer

Lara (she/her) is fascinated by methods that activate people for sustainable development and change because she believes that together, with a large dose of creativity, we can make a significant impact. With her warm and empathetic nature, she can effectively understand the needs of others and develop suitable solutions. She is very ambitious in delving into new topics and is excited to contribute her knowledge and personality in collaboration. Lara is studying environmental engineering at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Wädenswil. She will complete her bachelor’s degree with a specialization in environmental systems and sustainable development in the spring of 2024.

Judith Schwyter

Communications, storytelling

Judith (she/her) prefers changes and creative solutions over routines and rigid structures, and she enthusiastically embraces learning new things. As a freelance journalist, author, and communication expert, she is passionate about exploring new perspectives, understanding people, and sharing their stories in a clear, engaging, and emotional way. After completing her bachelor’s degree in design at the Zurich University of the Arts, she pursued her master’s in cultural journalism at the University of the Arts in Berlin. Judith has extensive experience as an editor and journalist in the documentary film industry, as well as in public relations for companies, foundations, NGOs, and public institutions.

Simon Widmer

Consultant for circular design and regenerative design

Simon (he/him) is a compassionate and enthusiastic expert in circular design, infusing his projects with a deep connection to nature and his background in yoga. After working as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, he spent 7 years at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, co-developing the Circular Design Program and the Circular Design Guide. Today, he is an independent and experienced circular design consultant with an M.A. in strategy and international management, as well as an M.Sc, CEMS master in international management from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). In addition to his consultancy work, Simon also works as a project manager at ecos, contributing to shaping an innovation platform, and as an RSA Fellow, he is dedicated to social progress and the exchange of ideas and innovations.
