Supervistas: Structural realignment
For over a year, Reform supported the
The project was realized as part of the «Transformation Projects» program of Covid financial aid, with the support of the Federal Office of Culture and the Culture Department of the Canton of Zurich.
Process and services
Incorporating all relevant stakeholders, a thorough situational analysis was conducted to assess the starting point of the transformation. Through a collaborative and iterative process involving the management and leaders from various cities (cultural experts), the mission statement was developed, thereby strengthening the association’s identity.
Based on this foundation, the renaming, rebranding, positioning refinement, and service optimization were implemented. Concurrently, an in-depth analysis of internal collaboration was carried out, resulting in a successful concept for internal communication processes, including a shared language, efficient filing systems, exchange structures, and clear quality standards.

Impact
The association’s strengthened content orientation, the development of its purpose and vision, and the clear embodiment of its values have established a long-term orientation for all involved.
The rebranding effort resulted in a unified presence that conveys a sense of belonging and cohesion. Improved internal communication has also led to more efficient and effective collaboration, with reduced redundancies and therefore more time for the essentials.

Testimonials
«The collaboration with Sarra Ganouchi and Selina Hotz was a real stroke of luck for us Supervistas in our transformation process. Right from the start, they quickly understood the specific challenges we had and tailored their approach accordingly. In the workshop formats, they consistently managed to deal productively with the diversity of needs and opinions, picking them up and bringing them into dialogue. The tools and work structures they provided empowered us to work through processes independently and sustain them in the long term. Thanks in no small part to their infectiously cheerful nature, this, at times challenging transformation work, was a very positive experience for our association.»
Regula Schelling, Management
