Process and services
Since 2023, the yearly «Design Retreats» offer talents from the Swiss design industry the opportunity to spend time in exceptional locations such as the Sutra House. Over the course of several days, participants immerse in an environment that fosters creativity and reflection – on their own practice, their projects, working methods, responsibility as designers towards society and planet as well as their legacy for future generations.
As expert partner, Reform curates content deep dives, shares insights and holds space for mutual learning in the practice of circular design, focusing on key themes such as regeneration, sufficiency, and resilience.
The concept of the Design Retreat originates from the Design Prize Switzerland and is hosted in collaboration with the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and the Zurich Silk Association (ZSIG).
