Reform supported the co-management team of
The project was realized as part of the «Transformation Projects» program of Covid financial aid, with the support of the Federal Office of Culture and the Culture Department of the Canton of Zurich.
Process and services
Together with the co-management team, a situational analysis was conducted regarding the organization, programming, and the audience. With a solid understanding of their operating framework, target audience, and the needs they aim to address, a strategic approach was developed with a focus on customers, programming, communication, stakeholders, and internal processes.
Based on this, a concept for audience engagement was created, along with a concrete action plan that was implemented. In parallel, the team worked together to establish guiding principles, define roles and their spheres of action and decision-making, as well as develop and enhance internal communication, knowledge transfer, and information flow within the co-management team.
