The project was realized as part of the «Transformation Projects» program of Covid financial aid, with the support of the Federal Office of Culture and the Culture Department of the Canton of Zurich.
Process and services
In eight workshops, the Shedhalle team worked with all stakeholders to develop the organization’s guiding principles (purpose), vision, values, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and internal communication, knowledge transfer, and information flow topics.
The aim was to promote effective and agile collaboration in the field of process-based art while simultaneously fostering the institution’s resilience, providing the team with flexibility and efficiency in its work.

Impact
Establishing clear guidelines and an agile organizational structure allows the Shedhalle to be led in a process-oriented manner, enabling the team to work flexibly yet reliably.
