Following an in-depth initial consultation and the analysis of existing documents, the key areas for the development of the «Circular Design Roadmap 2030» across the entire corporation were determined in close collaboration with the client. Each of the five working sessions was spontaneously structured through an iterative approach to meet the needs and preferences of the client.

The coaching and exploration resulted in a clear assessment of the organization in terms of circular design and the identification of the necessary steps for a successful implementation of the circular mindset in the company’s daily operations and organizational culture. The initial strategy project was followed by competence-building sessions for the innovation teams.
