The project was realized as part of the «Transformation Projects» program of Covid financial aid, with the support of the Federal Office of Culture and the Culture Department of the Canton of Zurich.
Process and services
The focus was on the development of the mission statement and guiding principles, as well as the redesign of roles, responsibilities, and processes. The goal was to make Tanzhaus more agile and resilient to meet the challenges of our time.
With the involvement of all stakeholders, a thorough situational analysis was conducted to determine the direction for the transformation. In an iterative and collaborative process, the organization’s mission statement was developed with all participants, and clear roles were defined with the aim of promoting the motivation and potential development of each individual.
